Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 -3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. 

*All YANSiD products need to be manually processed and manufactured with the custom requirement. It will generally be shipped between 2-3 weeks. Please be patient. Happy fencing!

 

Order status/ Delivery time

Once your order has been shipped, it will normally take 7-14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to deliver. You will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@yans-fencing.shop with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Delivery service during COVID crisis

During this COVID crisis, we are doing everything possible to continue our logistics services and contribute to the continued functioning of society. However, please understand the situation might cause delays in delivery of your equipment and we apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused. We will keep you up to date on any changes as much as possible, thank you for your patience.

Taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Yans Sports Design Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied.
